The St Regis Aspen is a stunning property with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and beautifully appointed, and the service is excellent, with attentive staff always ready to assist. However, the bathroom layout could be inconvenient for some guests, as it requires some walking from the main dining areas. Despite the higher prices for food and drink, the overall experience was fantastic, with plenty of local options to explore.

I had high expectations for my stay, but I was left feeling underwhelmed. The location is fantastic and the property is beautiful, yet the lack of service really dampened the experience. The room was lovely, but not as spacious as I had hoped. Dining was overpriced and not quite what I expected for a hotel at this price point. Overall, it could be an excellent choice if service and dining improve.

I had a lovely stay at the St Regis Aspen, which boasts a beautiful location close to shops and ski slopes. The hotel is well-maintained, and the daily champagne toast was a nice touch. While the service was generally good, it could be improved during busy times. However, the food prices are quite high. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a luxurious yet family-friendly experience in Aspen.

5.6/10

I had high hopes for this hotel after staying the previous year, but I left disappointed again. The location is decent, and the staff at the bar were excellent, but the room experience was ruined by noisy neighbors, and the overall service management seemed lacking. There's potential here, but they really need to focus on customer satisfaction to compete better.

Rooms
5.0
The room itself was acceptable but had significant noise disturbances due to neighboring guests. I couldn't get a restful sleep because of a barking dog right next to us, and when I tried to switch rooms, the options were equally frustrating.
Service
5.0
While some of the bar staff were exceptional, overall service left much to be desired. Management didn't seem to care about guests' comfort, which was quite frustrating during our stay.
Location
8.0
The location is quite good, allowing easy access to dining and attractions, which is one of the positives about the hotel.
Dining

The bar had potential but fell flat with mediocre snacks and uninspired cocktails. Service at the bar was good, yet the offerings did not meet the luxury expected at such a high-end hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has some nice facilities, but they could benefit from better management, especially around noise control and guest experiences.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with a fantastic downtown location making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff truly made my experience memorable with their exceptional service, especially Chelsea at the concierge desk. However, the breakfast situation was disappointing; the credit provided wasn't enough to cover a full meal, which felt very limiting. All in all, I would recommend it for its wonderful ambiance and service, but plan your meals accordingly.
